11am - visited Sam this morning and tried to get him to eat while we sat outside with him. He must be getting tons of fluids based on his output. He only ate a few wheat thins at lunch.
8:30pm - Kathryn at ECVR gave us Sam's CBC results when we visited him tonight. His WBC is at 2.93 which is up from Friday but the normal range is 5.50-16.90 k/uL. His platelets are still low at 78, the normal range is 175-500 k/uL. His calcium is creeping back up and is now at 11.7. We are thinking this will be the issue. How to keep his calcium down while keeping his WBC up and on chemo. He ate ½ of a frosty paw treat but wouldn't try any other food we offered.
