Thurs. Oct 15th - We started Sam back on 20mg of Prednisone today. Dr. Ruslander had said the Prednisone may irritate Sam's stomach but so far we've not seen a problem. The Palladia on Friday is what we are nervous about. The plan is continue with the Sucralfate and lower the Palladia from 120mg to 100mg. We've discussed going lower than that just to be safe. We gave Sam 1000 mL of fluids, ½ a Mirtazapine appetite stimulant & three Sucralfate. He is still just mostly eating bologna and granola bars.
