Pain meds may be helping

Fri. Dec 11th - We gave Sam 1000 mL of fluids, one Prilosec, two magnesium tablets, two Sucralfate, two Prednisone & ten Tramadol. Sam slept through the night Thrusday but still cried when we helped him get up to go outside. Steve has to support him the entire time and he hesitates at the few steps we have outside. He did not pant much today and ate good. At lunch he cried getting up but on a 2nd trip outside he walked better & didn't cry. It is hard to tell if it is muscle or bone pain. When we gently rub his leg it doesn't seem to bother him so we don't think it is nerve pain but just can't be sure. Obviously, we are worried that his leg is still causing him pain but to plan to have his rest this weekend and hope it improves.
