Stronger legs & getting up on his own

Sun. Dec 13th - We gave Sam 1000 mL of fluids, one Prilosec, two magnesium tablets, two Sucralfate, two Prednisone & 12 Tramadol. Steve is still helping Sam get up when planned but he has stopped crying and is getting up on his own when we least expect it. Several times today he got up and walked to the door or across the room on his own. His back right leg is still weak but the fact that he isn't crying is encouraging. He slept through the night and hasn't leaked in a while so we are keeping our fingers crossed about the calcium levels. Scheduled back to ECVR for another blood draw on Monday.
