Trypanophobia

Sun. Sept 27th - We noticed when we got up Sam had leaked a little during the night, this made us worry his calcium levels are up even more. The calcium causes his muscles to be weak and his leaking is usually the first sign. He ate good today, had good energy & balance but seem a tiny bit distant. We're taking things day by day but are super sensitive to any change.
We gave him another liter of subcutaneous fluids - ½ in the morning & ½ this evening. He seems to be more restless during the subcutaneous fluid process. We got more supplies during our visit to ECVR but they gave us bigger needles, we plan to try to switch them for the smaller ones. The process goes faster with the bigger needle but we'd rather it take longer than stick him with a needle that size. We had 20 gauge before & now they gave us 18 gauge - ouch!
