bath day

Sun. Feb 7th - We gave Sam 1000 mL of fluids, one Prilosec, two Prednisone, & 8 Tramadol. Following Mushka's long walk around the block and a day of naps, it was bath time. The pups were long overdue. As usual, Sam was eager to get into the tub but Moo walked as slow as ever. Sam's legs are noticeably weaker so Steve gave him a quick bath. He was having trouble standing & sitting in the tub. We've noticed he isn't wagging his tail as much as he used to and wonder if it is related to his muscles becoming weaker. It is very sad to see him struggle to get up after resting a long while but we do still think he is comfortable & happy. He makes us smile every day!
