Happy Birthday SamDog!

Fri. Jan 1st - We gave Sam 1000 mL of fluids, one Prilosec, three magnesium tablets, three Sucralfate, two Prednisone, 9 Tramadol,
6 Cephalexin, & 2 Ciprofloxacin. Today is Sam's 10th birthday. We don't know it is today for sure because we adopted him from a shelter but it is close and has always been the day we celebrate.
Oh, how much we would love to have seen him as a puppy. It is hard to imagine him small but he does still seem to enjoy a warm snuggle and sleeping on top of us. He was still a bit more tired than usual today but ate well & went for a short walk. He even went for a short ride in the car that didn't involve going to ECVR.
We love you SamDog and are so happy to still have you with us - you make us smile everyday and have given us more love than we imagined possible. Happy Birthday!
